When we say it takes a village, it’s no lie. To our fish and vegetable suppliers that work through the night to make sure that every morning we have the best quality fish and produce, to all of our vendors that race around in the busy season, trying to get us all the supplies that it takes to make every day work, to the maintenance guys that take the calls all hours of the day and night. Whether it’s a breaker shorting out on a cold, rainy winter’s night or a stove burner out on a busy summer’s night. They’re always there. Of course, the staff that worked tirelessly to make it what it is and to the customer that maybe caught us on the night that we weren’t at our best game and were falling off the rails a bit, but yet so politely instead of being mad or disrespectful, treated the staff kindly, passed on the feedback respectfully and still give us another try. These are all the people who make this village so great, and the village that we look forward to spending the next 10 years.
Our incredible chefs, servers, and kitchen crew have poured their hearts (and a lot of soy sauce!) into every meal for the past 10 years. This milestone belongs to them too - the hardworking, passionate team behind the magic of Roku Den. We can’t thank them enough. 🙌”
