Smoked salmon with herbed cream cheese, pickled cucumber, and egg on brioche. Good Friday (and possibly Saturday) done right. Also, we sold 70 hot cross buns by 9:30 this morning. We have 90 prepped for tomorrow, which should also move pretty quickly - as should you xx

Okay couple a things…

We’re open Easter Friday, Saturday & Monday from 7am -11am. Grishka’s been baking hot cross buns and they are even more delicious than last years. I think it’s 8.30 they are landing on the counter but I’ll confirm tomorrow. He’ll bake heaps but it’s first come first served (sorry no pre orders)

The other thing is Grish & I pushed pretty hard to get the new room open for tomorrow & it will be, but we’re still waiting for a few major bits of furniture & some finishes to be done. Still pretty cool but more to come, so don’t look too close!

The picture is of a little guy I found in the wood grain today, He’s my patron saint of paint fumes! X
