Nearly 8 years ago, you joined Emerson's Restaurant as our Restaurant Manager, and what an incredible journey it's been. You have been nothing short of amazing. Your work ethic is second to none, your customer service has always been genuine, professional, and approachable, and the personal touch you brought to every interaction is something our team and customers have come to know and love.

This week, he officially moves into his second year of his chef apprenticeship, he’s done a great job since joining our kitchen team last July.

Thomas is always early for work, has never missed a shift, and has shown dedication from day one. He now runs our cold larder and dessert section on a day-to-day basis.

Well done, Thomas — we’re proud to have you on the team and look forward to seeing your continued growth!

Very rarely do you come across an individual who truly inspires you. For nearly 8 years, Kelly has been at the helm of our front of house team, leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant with dedication, professionalism, and genuine care.

Her commitment has been nothing short of extraordinary — for the last 3 years, Kelly has travelled over 2 hours each day from the Hunter Valley and Port Stephens just to be here with us at Lake Macquarie.

We have been incredibly fortunate to have her leading our front of house team, but as they say, all good things must come to an end. Kelly has decided to finish up and find work closer to home and be close to her loved ones. While we will miss her dearly, we fully support her decision and wish her nothing but the very best for the future.

Kelly still has 6 weeks left with us, so come in, dine with us, and enjoy the special treatment and warm hospitality that so many of you have come to know and love.

From all of our staff — front of house and kitchen alike — thank you, Kelly. We are going to miss you so much.
