Nothing goes to waste around here. 🥕 Watch how our carrot cake monkey bread comes together.

It starts with croissant pastry offcuts, mixed with carrot, spices and walnuts. Everything you’d find in a traditional carrot cake, then finished with cream cheese icing and a little marzipan carrot.
