Gipās Fine Foods is seeking an exceptional Head Chef, with an opportunity that hasnāt become available in two decades.
Gipās has grown significantly, and with that growth comes an exciting new chapter for our kitchen. We are looking for an experienced, passionate chef to lead our team and help shape the future of our food offering.
You will work alongside Executive Chef Craig Edser, whose experience, knowledge and commitment have been integral to Gipās. As the business continues to grow, Craigās role will evolve to focus more on the broader business, while remaining closely involved with our team of chefs, providing guidance, collaboration and creative direction.
This is an opportunity to bring your own ideas, lead with confidence and build on the foundations of an established dining destination. From restaurant service to weddings and large-scale events, youāll have the scope to showcase your creativity while maintaining the quality and consistency our guests know and love.
