The past two weeks at Gip’s have been nothing short of extraordinary ✨

From 4 beautiful weddings — including a stunning marquee wedding — to a Rural Women’s Luncheon, 16 private functions, and catering the incredible LifeFlight Gala Ball for 700 guests… it’s been a whirlwind of unforgettable moments.

Now, we’re excited to be back to our normal opening hours and ready to welcome you back into the restaurant 🍷

Our brand new menu launched earlier this month and it’s already turning heads. Why not book a table and experience it for yourself?

On Saturday night we had the incredible privilege of catering the 2026 LifeFlight Gala Ball for more than 700 guests — an unforgettable evening supporting a truly lifesaving organisation.

A heartfelt congratulations to Jill, the Gala Committee, volunteers and everyone involved in bringing together such a spectacular event. The generosity, community spirit and support shown throughout the night was nothing short of inspiring.

To our amazing Gip’s team — thank you. Events of this scale take months of planning, long hours, passion and an incredible amount of teamwork behind the scenes. We are so proud to have played a small part in such an important cause.
