Our Wednesday Night Locals Menu is the perfect midweek excuse to head out for dinner, catch up with friends and enjoy a little Gip’s hospitality.

Enjoy sourdough to start & 2 courses for $70 per person, featuring a selection of seasonal favourites from our kitchen.

Our Wednesday Night Locals have quickly become one of our favourite nights of the week — relaxed, welcoming and centred around really great food.

Enjoy a specially curated three-course menu for $70 per person, changing each week and showcasing what our kitchen does best.

We absolutely love seeing so many familiar faces returning week after week, and we can’t thank our Toowoomba locals enough for continuing to support Gip’s.

Tables are limited and these nights have been filling quickly, so we recommend booking ahead.

We have been absolutely overwhelmed by the incredible response to our Gip’s Morning Teas. 🤍

Sadly, with a very busy season of functions and events ahead, we’ve made the decision to hit pause on Morning Tea for now.

Our final Morning Tea will be Thursday 13 August 2026.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has joined us, supported the concept and made our mornings at Gip’s so special. We have loved welcoming you through our doors. 🌿

But don’t worry… Morning Tea will be back!

After four consecutive weeks of being completely booked out, we can’t thank our Gip’s locals enough for the incredible support. 🤍

Wednesday nights have quickly become one of our favourite nights of the week — a relaxed midweek dining experience, showcasing a menu carefully curated by our chefs and changing each week to keep things fresh.

This week’s Locals Menu is another beautiful selection of seasonal flavours, thoughtful combinations and the quality you’ve come to expect from Gip’s.

With the past four weeks selling out, we recommend booking early if you’d like to join us this Wednesday.
