My beloved Mexican's are finishing university soon so we are looking for several Customer Service All-Rounders to join our team!

If you're friendly, reliable, love working with people and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role:
🍔 Casual position
💰 Fast Food Industry Award rates apply
📅 Shifts available Tuesday to Sunday
☀️ Weekend work is essential, particularly Saturdays 6:30am–12:30pm
🌙 Minimal night work (occasional evenings only)
🚗 Reliable transport is essential
🎓 School holiday availability is highly desirable
⏰ Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows
📍 Based in Toowoomba and at local events

You'll be helping with:
• Customer service
• Coffee & drinks (training provided)
• Food preparation
• General food truck duties

We're looking for someone who is:
✔ Reliable and punctual
✔ Friendly and enjoys talking with customers
✔ Able to work in a busy team environment
✔ Willing to learn and take initiative
✔ Must have Food Handlers Safety Certificate
✔ Must have reliable transport

Experience is welcome, but a positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

'Twas the night before coming back to work...

All the eggs were stocked in the truck.

The fresh buns would arrive in the morning,

Ready for burgers cooked fresh and served with a smile.

The excitement of opening day had the boss wide awake,

Running through every little thing that might have been forgotten...

Did we pack enough sauce? Have we got enough napkins? Is the EFTPOS charged? Did we remember everything?

Tomorrow, the hatch goes up, the grill gets hot, and we can't wait to see you all again! ❤️🍔

Holiday highlights ✨️

Had a great time seeing this beautiful country. The middle of Australia is just blooming with green and flowers atm. Its quite extraordinary to see, when you have seen it in Summer heat 🥵

Last few days off and time to get everything ready!

Had a great day today hanging around camp at Bendleby Ranges. Finished setting up and of course cooked a Lamb Roast!
