Mintie's Coffee & Bar Mintie's is a take on a retro espresso bar proudly serving St. Ali coffee, gourmet toasties, fresh juices, jaffles, salads & sweet treats.

We took the back alley vibes of Melbourne & hole in the wall coffee shops as inspiration for the space.
