LONDON HAS LANDED IN TOOWOOMBA. 🇬🇧🍫

The Viral London Chocolate Caramel Cake has officially made its way to Copper Bench. 👀

Sara — our boss, cake maker and occasional creator of very rare Sara cakes — decided to treat you all this weekend with this absolute monster.
Rich chocolate. Silky caramel. Chocolate ganache. Multiple layers of “I’ll just have a little piece” followed by “actually… another piece.” 😂

And honestly… this one is up there in our Top 3 cakes of all time.
No exaggeration.

The London Chocolate Cake has been making serious noise online lately, and after seeing what all the fuss was about, Sara decided Toowoomba deserved a taste too.

And it's Father's Day weekend…
So dads, this is your opportunity to discover that you apparently have a sweet tooth too. 😉

A croissant + waffle hybrid, because apparently choosing between the two was too difficult. 😌
Crispy, buttery croffle meets matcha custard, Japanese dango, matcha warabi mochi, strawberry compote, ice cream & Persian fairy floss.

A little Japanese-inspired, a little playful, a whole lot of sweet.
🌱 Spring is on the horizon.
And this feels like a pretty good way to welcome it.

☕️ FATHER'S DAY IS THIS WEEKEND, DAD.

Still no gift? Bold strategy.
Meet Papa Brew — 400g ($29) or 1kg ($70), for the man who "just has a good palate" and will absolutely know if you cheaped out.

This year's blend brings together beans from Papua New Guinea, Colombia, Tanzania and Brazil — dried fruit, dark chocolate, molasses, nutmeg, malt. Basically Christmas cake, but caffeinated.

Made by our mates at Clandestino Coffee Roasters in Noosa — the crew behind the coffee we pour every single day at Copper Bench. Proud to serve them year-round, prouder they said yes to this one.

Limited stock. Once it's gone, it's gone — like Dad's patience when you buy the wrong beans.

The one we’ve been waiting a long time to bake again. 💜(Sara's)

Our Ube (Purple Yam) Cake is finally back — and honestly, it’s one of our absolute favourites. Probably one of yours too. 😉

Soft, rich, creamy and unapologetically purple. 💜
There is, however, one small problem…

Staff are strictly banned from buying it. 😂
(We have to leave some for the customers.)
And just a little favour — we can’t put this one on hold, so if you’re craving a slice, come in and enjoy it while it’s here. No pressure… just cake. 💜
