Baremin at Banter ☕️
We’re excited to introduce to the Banter lineup.
Roasted by local roaster and Banter barista Nick, his Lazy Days blend has found a permanent home in our second bean hopper. From now on, all of our black coffees will be brewed using this beautifully balanced seasonal espresso blend.
With the combination of two origins:
Brazil, Nossa Region (A Natural Processed)
Bringing rich notes of chocolate and praline with a soft, sweet body.
El Salvador, Finca Plan del Hoyo (A Washed Microlot)
Adding brightness, complexity and a clean, vibrant finish.
The result is a light to medium roast that is bright, soft bodied, with sweetness and balanced bitterness. Easy drinking, approachable and full of character.
If you’re usually a milk coffee drinker, you can absolutely give it a go there too. Ask our team to swap your dukes market blend over to Lazy Days!
