Hi Guys, unfortunately due to a small bump in the road, I won’t be able to set up tomorrow morning. I’m sorry to my lovely regulars, and any others hoping to drop by tomorrow or Wednesday, I should be back and ready to serve the yummy syndicate coffee on Thursday morning from 4am ! ☕️

My dear mum, Michelle, would have been 53 yesterday. Some of you call me Michelle, and that is ok, it seems like the logical thing as it is the first thing you see! I actually named my van for my mum, making it feel more like she is with me on this journey as I know she would be if she could.

Super disappointed in technology this morning guys! Was all set up to enjoy my first Saturday in the van, but with one little cable not playing ball, I have had to pack up. I’m sorry to all those who I spoke to about coming and grabbing a coffee today, I hope to see you all on Monday instead!

Before I packed up though, I did manage to take this picture! Hard not to love

Cheers to the beginning, my new venture. Please let me introduce Michelle’s Coffee Van. This van has been my dream for years, and is now up and running, set up from 4am, Monday -Saturday, South Gippsland HWY as you leave Tooradin heading into the City.

I look forward to serving you the beautiful coffee, roasted by Syndicate Coffee, and making those dreary drives to work just that little bit more enjoyable!
