We are back and feeling so much better! We opened today and it was great to see new and familiar faces. A massive (like a really really massive) thank you to Arron, you may know him from the Panton Store here in Toora, for helping us out today. The support from Arron & Shelly has been truly amazing 🤩

Here’s a photo of Trev making a sandwich, using bread he made with his own two hands in the morning.

We also have Rye Sourdough and white Sourdough available in store to take home!!! There’s also one of Caroline’s new favourite products in the fridge, mushroom patè 🤤🤤🤤 Caroline thinks Trev’s weird, Trev doesn’t like mushrooms 😏

We are so incredibly sorry and no one is more devastated about this than us. Trevor and Caroline have been struck down with a seasonal affliction🤧.

We feel it is in the best interest of our beautiful community that we do not spread the sniffles. We have made the very difficult decision to close the doors for the next two days so we can recover and be back full of energy on Wednesday to bring you all the deli delights.

Again we are very sorry to disappoint you our hearts are broken 😔

The sun is setting on re-opening day…

It was an amazing start, there were times of busyness and times of stress but most of all everyone was wonderful!

Thank you everyone who came by, encouraged, supported us and understood any hiccups we experienced (mainly technology, of course!).

We are so grateful… our gratitude to you is on par to our gratitude to our amazing barista/all round superstar who helped get us through the day 🤗

To those yet to come, here’s a little sneak peak of some small changes we’ve made inside. More to come, mainly adding stock, we’ll keep you posted.

There’s a new and exciting addition to our window display!

It’s not quite the opening day we were hoping for, it’s actually changed a few times as things came up (let’s just say Caroline developed a strong dislike for technology in this past week). But this will give us the time to ensure we are ready, with stock, set up, food options and staff.

We have been overwhelmed with the support & understanding and hope to provide you a warm place, new food and a smiling face. See you Thursday 27th onwards 🎉

It’s been a long day… We put together a display, received stock, scanned so many items into the system and put through the last bits of paperwork. Now we wait for permission to open… still more to do but we are happy with our progress.

Sorry we’ve been quiet for the past few days, we’ve been a tad busy. Things are getting there, we’ve made some changes inside, getting orders in and sorting through the piles of paperwork necessary to open.

We are so sorry but we cannot commit to an opening day quite yet 😞 but it will be soon, Caroline has already promised a client a table for next Wednesday.

We were hoping for tomorrow but most of our stock is arriving tomorrow and we are still waiting to be signed off. We will keep you posted but we are getting there, and learning a lot along the way… and there much more to learn.

We want to say a big thank you! Everyone has been incredibly supportive, we can’t wait to open and meet more of you beautiful people. We really appreciate your patience 💚
