With a heavy heart
We wanted to let you know that Mr. Salubrious Cantina is closed until further notice. As we reflect on our journey since opening on November 21, 2021, we’re overwhelmed with gratitude for every one of you who has visited our truck. Your support—whether you came for a taco, another type of street food, or to celebrate special occasions—has been truly heartwarming and essential to our success.
A huge thank you goes out to all our incredible customers from Batemans Bay,Tomakin,Broulee, Moruya, Dalmeny, and beyond. Especially our regulars you know who you are.Your loyalty and enthusiasm have made our time here so memorable. We’ve loved being a part of your lives, whether it was serving you on a regular day or being a part of the special functions, weddings, and community events we’ve had the pleasure of catering.
We also want to express our deep appreciation for our amazing staff. Each and every one of you played a crucial role in making our vision a reality. Your hard work, dedication, and positive energy were key in bringing our offerings to life and ensuring every event was a success.
Given the current climate of rising food and operational costs, we’ve made the tough decision to close our doors for now. It’s been an incredible journey, and we’ve cherished every moment spent with you all. We hope that one day we’ll have the chance to serve you again.
