**IMPORTANT — LISTENING POST LOCATION HAS CHANGED**

With the Victorian State Election coming up in November, we think local people should have the opportunity to hear directly from the people who want to represent them.

The listening post with Ben Lucas, One Nation candidate for Narracan, has been moved from the Travellers Rest Hotel to the Thorpdale Town Hall.

Again, an open invitation has been given to all candidates to come and speak to the local community.

The format remains the same — an opportunity to listen, ask questions and have an open discussion about the issues that matter to our local community.

With the Victorian State Election coming up in November, we think local people should have the opportunity to hear directly from the people who want to represent them. We all know relying on Social Media to consolidate your voting intentions is fraught with problems.

Last week we were approached by One Nation to use the pub as a listening post.

We agreed.

As an APOLITICAL PUB, we’ve now offered the SAME opportunity to ALL THE other candidates and parties. We hope that they will use this offer to talk to the local residents.

To be clear. No charge. No politics from us. Just a place for locals to listen, ask questions and make up their own minds.
