Forget arborio — our black & brown rice arancini brings bolder texture and flavour. We swap the classic Italian arborio for a hearty black and brown rice blend, rich in antioxidants, fibre, and nutty depth. Hand-crumbed and fried to a crisp - a nutritious twist on a classic favourite.
