Spring is officially in full swing! 🌸☀️ And that means fresh, colourful salads are well and truly back on the agenda.

Our Cauliflower Carpaccio Salad is bringing all the crunch - shredded cauliflower, red cabbage, orange, carrot, puffed quinoa, coriander, salad onions and crispy noodles. 🥗✨
