Our pizza chef has done it this way for over 35 years and has multiple awards proving it. Our full time kitchen Chef has a proven record in some of the most prestigious restaurants in Melbourne. No store bought sugar laden pre-made mixes. We make what we sell, from scratch, without gadgets or gimmicks.
