Welcome to Thornbury Local! It features two levels, full kitchen, a balcony and a court yard. Community is a big thing these days. What with the world falling apart and all, people like to feel they are part of something bigger than themselves. Well, right now you can find a

slice of community and a whole lot more. The Thornbury Local is dedicated to good food, live entertainment and fostering a 'come one, come all' mentality. You kind of get a good feeling about humanity when grouchy bar flies are mingling freely with artistic locals, swapping jokes and shouting round’s. The Thornbury Local can be a good spot for a quiet beer, a glass of wine and delicious meal or an ideal place to forget about work the next day and sink an Irishman's share of booze. Above all, The Thornbury Local gives you an alternative to the isolation that can come with having a broadband connection, pay TV, or one of the many other services we buy to help us avoid people.
