🌽 Corn Fritter Stack
Golden house-made corn fritters served on a bed of fresh rocket, topped with two perfectly poached eggs, crispy maple-glazed bacon, and finished with a sweet honey balsamic drizzle.
🍌 Earl Grey Brioche French Toast
Thick-cut brioche infused with fragrant Earl Grey tea, lightly toasted and topped high with maple caramelised banana and roasted walnut crumble. Served with a side of fresh vanilla bean cream.
🧀 Totchos
A brunch favourite with a twist. Crispy tater tots loaded with fluffy scrambled eggs, rich queso cheese sauce, and finished with crunchy bacon bits.
🥑 Smashed Avo Stack
Creamy smashed avocado layered on thick-cut toasted sourdough, topped with crumbled Persian feta, preserved lemon, and fresh crisp tendrils for the perfect balance of flavour and texture.
🐟 Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Bagel
A toasted bagel generously spread with smooth cream cheese and layered with premium smoked salmon. Finished with fresh seasonal greens and lemon-infused capers for a light yet satisfying brunch option.
🥪 The Scrambled Hammy Sammy
Fluffy scrambled eggs layered with thinly sliced grilled ham, Swiss and American cheese, all stacked between two chunky slabs of sourdough and toasted to golden perfection.
Fresh coffee, great food, and a relaxed Saturday morning atmosphere.
