We’re talking 400+ cocktails every week, so this one is for someone who knows their way around a bar and can smash out quality cocktails when it gets BUSY.
✨ Cocktail experience is a must

🍽️ CASUAL WAITSTAFF
Experience is preferred, but definitely not essential. If you’re confident, friendly, love chatting to people and aren’t afraid of a busy service, we can teach you the rest!

Perfect for someone looking for their first hospitality job or some casual weekend hours. No RSA required and under 18s are welcome to apply.

👨🍳 CASUAL JUNIOR / ENTRY-LEVEL CHEF
Maybe you love cooking and want to get into a commercial kitchen, but you’re not ready to commit to a full apprenticeship. Come give hospo a go with us!
You can be completely new to the kitchen — we’re happy to train the right person. Experience is definitely preferred, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn matter more. This would suit someone looking for casual weekend work and wanting hands-on kitchen experience.
