I think we all can agree that everyone is different. Not one person is the same. So why do we treat people the same way and expect the same results.
I like to make my tea and tinctures blends for the individual. For this and other reasons like allergies. I have one lady come to me feeling very unwell. She told me she was allergic to echinacea but she was trying a blend of tea she brought from a store. She thought it was free of echinacea but when I read the ingredients were written in Latin names after researching them, the blend contains three types of echinacea. I made her a similar blend using elderberry flowers instead. That lady is now a lot better. I've had a few similar instances lately. So please check the labels and if you are not sure look them up or pass them up. I am always available to blend the teas that you need just send me a msg with your name and phone number and I'll call you back asap.
