This is not an easy post to write to all our regulars, know who our number 1 is... Emily ✨️

She has been a massive part of our Coconut Family and has been at Coconut since the day it opened 10 years ago.

Emily had her last day with us yesterday and is flying the nest. 😭

She has brought so much sparkle, kindness, huge heart, laughter, humour, and energy to work every day!

She has been the glue to our work family and is going to be missed by us all, we wish her all the best in the future, and we know what ever the future holds for her she will absolutely kill it ❤️

Good luck, Ems. We will definitely all miss you and especially all the regulars that come into see you every day. Wishing you all the best and to say we will miss you is an understatement 😢
