Surprise Tuesday was on tonight and this is what you missed!

Bread served with Salsa Verde Butter

Entree: Swordfish Crudo, Tiger’s milk, blood orange, Bull’s Blood leaves, flaked almonds

Main: Lemon myrtle & cashew Lamb Rump
Roasted kūmara, charred broccolini, radicchio, sherry jus

Dessert: Coconut Panna Cotta, Mango & white chocolate tiramisu, toasted coconut, passionfruit pulp

For an extra $12, we also enjoyed a matched surprise cocktail which was a Dark Soda featuring Kahlua, Coke, coconut syrup, coconut cream, dehydrated lemon

🍰 Surprise Tuesday: 5pm - 9pm - 3 surprise courses plus bread for only $45. Our chefs motto is to expect the unexpected!

🧠 Wednesday Trivia: 7pm - Free to play. Plenty of prizes.

🥩 Thursday - $16 Steak Frites every Thursday night 5pm - 9pm - 220 gram strip loin with shoestring fries and your choice of either chimichurri or red wine jus.

🥩 Friday Night - Meat tray raffles (20 meat trays) followed by complimentary bar snacks.

🍔 $15 Lunch specials available Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm.

🎸 Matt McLaren duo performing in the beer garden Sunday from 1pm - 4pm
🌮 Freddie the food truck sending epic elevated street food all weekend from 11am.
🍹 Cocktail slushies in the beer garden
🥩 Meat tray raffles Sunday from 4pm - 6pm
🏏 Live sport - showing all weekend on our many screens!
🛝 Did we mention the kid’s playground?

As usual our kitchen is open all day, every day, with continuous service from 10am until 9pm.

The internet and phones are currently down across the suburb of Teralba - so no need to call us or book - just turn up - we have PLENTY of space to have fun in the sun!
