A few things to note for our open gardens tomorrow

- We open at 9am and will close at 4:30pm
- The cafe will not be open, but we can offer a cold drink in the Barn and our Little Barn shop will be open
- Entry is payable at the carpark entrance or if you have pre-purchased tickets please have them handy

We have had a lot of rain over the past week so some of the gardens are not accessible to the public. Please be mindful of the footwear that you wear tomorrow as some of the ground is boggy.

The garden is looking spectacular still and the dams are full which is a delight to see!

Tell us. Would you try this as a non-alcoholic sparkling option for your next event. We are wanting to add an option to our drinks menu and came across VIA Drinks - Natural Mood Boost, Alcohol-free! They taste delicious. Low cal, vegan, gluten free and made in Australia. I’d love to here your thoughts

A few very special THANK YOUS! I also wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the wonderful people who have been part of Glenrock’s story and those helping us write its next chapter.

🌸 Carolyn Robinson — Thank you for creating Glenrock Gardens and pouring 25 years of love, vision and hard work into this beautiful place. What a legacy you’ve created!

🌿 Annie, Chris and family — Thank you for everything you’ve contributed to making Glenrock what it is today. We feel so privileged to continue what you’ve helped build.

❤️ Duayne, Lottie, Violet and Walter — What an adventure we’re on! I love that we get to make these memories together, and I can’t wait to see what we create next.

Diane and Tony — Thank you for looking after Glenrock in our absence, caring for our guests and, of course, our donkeys!

Krystel, Craig and the Café Lacuna team — Thank you for always delivering beautiful food and wonderful service, and for patiently teaching me the ropes! Also a big thank you for our new locals team that have jumped in to help at our events - you are the best

Glenrock Gardens has been loved and cared for by so many wonderful people over the years, and we feel incredibly lucky to now be part of its journey.

It takes a village, and we’re so grateful for ours. ❤️

I can’t believe it’s already been a week since we were putting the final touches on Glenrock Gardens, preparing to welcome everyone for a very special weekend celebrating Carolyn Robinson and the opening of Eagles Bluff! 🌸

What a weekend it turned out to be!

Our original plan was to enjoy the weekend as a family, visit Carolyn’s gardens and hopefully meet her in person.

Then the messages started coming in from Carolyn’s followers and Annabelle, asking if we’d consider opening Glenrock Gardens too.

My immediate internal response was a big NO! 😂 This was Carolyn’s weekend, and selfishly, I wanted to be out enjoying it myself!

After a few days of thinking it over (and a few more messages!), I decided to give Carolyn a call to see how she felt about us opening Glenrock in her honour.

We got the green light, and what an absolute privilege it was!

I can safely say I completely underestimated just how many people would visit Glenrock over the weekend! But our incredible team took it all in their stride.

Despite the rain and sometimes gusty winds, seeing the gardens filled with smiling faces, families and friends exploring, taking photos and making memories was something I’ll never forget.

One of my favourite moments was meeting Michael, one of Carolyn’s volunteers, who popped in on Friday before the weekend rush. Michael is 89 years young, worked alongside Carolyn 20 years ago and travelled all the way from New Zealand for the celebrations! What a legend! ❤️

For those who don’t know, we only purchased Glenrock Gardens in January this year, and becoming the next custodians of such a special property has been an incredible adventure for our family.

This weekend reminded me that Glenrock is so much more than a beautiful property. It’s a place filled with history, memories and the stories of everyone who has loved it along the way.

We’re simply the next custodians of a very special place, and what a privilege that is. ❤️

I’ll share some very special thank-yous in my next post, because there are so many people who helped make this weekend possible!

Just over 1 week to go!

To ensure that we have a smooth entry process, we have opened online bookings again for those who have missed out. We will keep this open until the day before the open gardens. Link is available in Bio - or search Glenrock Gardens in Try Booking.

We will be sending out an email with information 2 days prior to the event to all of those who have purchased online tickets so make sure you get yours to keep updated.

We are so excited to be celebrating Carolyn and Glenrock Gardens and can't wait to meet you all.

We have also added a very special helicopter joy flight experience for everyone attending in partnership with - see Glenrock Gardens and Tenterfield from the skies! The colours and scenery are spectacular - don't miss your chance. Bookings will be taken on the day by the Elite team. $135/per person - minimum 2 passengers.
