It is a failure of justice that this scumbag would be allowed back into our community. A high risk to re-offend, a diagnosed pe*****le and Territory Attorney-General Selena Uibo did not even bother replying to questions.

Doctors who examined the man concluded he suffered cognitive impairment and displayed behaviour “consistent with a diagnosis of paedophilia”.
He was at risk of recidivism, particularly for s*x offences, and would require “intensive supervision” to mitigate “a significant risk of harm” to the community. However, there was “no real appropriate support … and no realistic treatment plans” available, Justice Hiley said.
