Setup in the beautiful gardens of Coburg Lake, this couple had an intimate afternoon with beautiful surroundings, a grazing board made by and a decadent dessert board by 🤤

Home made pasta with organic vegetables from the garden

I love coming to my parent’s house and cooking with fresh produce straight from their garden.
This pasta dish is a classic from my parents hometown in southern Italy (Calabria)
In our dialect, it’s called ‘pasta vai’enera’

I can’t explain the flavour. And the taste of organic vegetables...there is no comparison.

This was the start of my cooking career. My Nonna would be so proud and I am forever thankful for EVERYTHING she taught me

And for all those that have asked...Yes I can sell home made pasta varieties too 😊
