Our 7 year birthday is just around the corner, it’s amazing how quickly time passes! We have enjoyed serving southern Indian home cooked style curries, and hope to keep cooking with passion and love ❤️ Here’s a photo of our first event back in 2016

With rising costs of … well everything🥺, it’s great when a special comes along! This week we are cooking Lamb Saag and Butter Paneer, what a great pairing of curries!

We are slowly getting going again 😁 This week we are cooking a beef vindaloo with potatoes and one of the best veg curries out there. It’s Navratan Korma – Nine Jewels in a creamy sauce base. Read more here:

Korma are amazing Indian curries made rich with the addition of cream and nuts. Some are also made with dried fruit like golden raisins. Navratan means nine gems or jewels, and refers in this dish to the use of nine key vegetables.

Last week we cooked up Kerala Beef for our meat dish. Kerala on the Western coast of India, famous for its fishing villages and beaches. Did you know it is also home to the Tiger Festival?

The Pulikali or "tiger dance", deeply rooted in Kerala culture, is a unique event and a good-humoured, convivial moment of entertainment.
