Keto saved my life.
And for once, I’m not talking about losing weight.
This year has tested me in ways I never expected. I’ve had to rebuild my life, rebuild myself, move towns, start my business again from almost nothing and somehow keep showing up on the days where I genuinely didn’t know how I was going to.
And there were plenty of those days.
But this little business gave me something to hold onto.
Every meal I cooked.
Every order that came through.
Every customer who ordered again.
Every message telling me you loved your meals.
Every little win when everything else felt bloody hard.
Keep It Keto gave me purpose when I needed it most.
There have been moments where I have wondered whether I can keep doing this.
Moments where the orders have been quiet, the money has been scary and I have questioned absolutely everything.
But then I look at this photo.
Those are not just containers of food sitting in front of me.
I made this.
I built the recipes. I cooked the food. I packed the meals. I made the labels. I built the website. I take the photos. I answer the messages. I do the deliveries. I stress over every tiny bloody detail because I care so much about what I’m building.
And somehow, while I thought I was rebuilding Keep It Keto..
Keep It Keto was rebuilding me too 🩷
So yeah.
Keto saved my life this year.
Just not in the way you might think.
And I’m nowhere near finished yet.
