我们正在寻找一位 运营主管（Operations Supervisor），参与并推动多门店的日常运营管理及未来的标准化发展。

🧩 岗位职责
• 协助管理多家门店的日常运营
• 巡店检查出品质量、服务、卫生及执行标准
• 协助优化门店流程，提高运营效率
• 跟进员工排班、团队管理及执行力
• 协助 Tarneit 门店备货及市区门店配送协调
• 发现问题并推动整改落地
• 与店长协作，逐步建立多门店管理体系

⚠️ 岗位特点（请认真阅读）
• 前期需要 hands-on参与门店运营（包括厨房和前场）
• 不是纯办公室管理岗位
• 需要在实际运营中发现问题并解决问题
• 随着门店稳定，会逐步过渡为多店管理角色

• 有餐饮行业经验（有厨房经验优先）

• 有一定管理意识或带团队经验

• 起薪：$75k – $85k（根据经验）+ Super

Hiring: Operations Supervisor (Multi-site)
Little Dragon is a fast-growing Chinese quick-service restaurant brand with multiple locations across Melbourne and plans for further expansion.
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to support and improve multi-store operations and help build a scalable system for future growth.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Support daily operations across multiple stores
• Conduct store visits to ensure food quality, service and cleanliness standards
• Improve store processes and operational efficiency
• Assist with staff scheduling and team management
• Support stock preparation at Tarneit and coordinate deliveries to city stores
• Identify operational issues and drive solutions
• Work closely with store managers to build a stronger multi-store system

⚠️ Role Nature (Important)
• This is a hands-on role in the early stage
• Involves both kitchen and front-of-house exposure
• Not a purely office-based management role
• The role will gradually transition into a multi-site management position

👤 Ideal Candidate
• Experience in hospitality (kitchen experience is a plus)
• Strong ex*****on and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working across multiple store locations
• Some leadership or team management experience preferred
• Willing to grow into a multi-store management role

💰 Salary & Growth
• Salary: $75k – $85k + Super (depending on experience)
• Performance review after 6 months
• Performance-based bonus available
