The Story of humble Butter Chicken

Contrary to popular beliefs the legendary BUTTER CHICKEN was "invented" in Delhi.
The weary migrants from western Punjab and areas that are now in Pakistan, moved eastwards final settling in Delhi.
In 1950, when Indian political might were finalising the Indian Constitution at Lutyens Delhi and introducing the world to the largest democratic republic of the world, the culinary legends in the streets of Delhi, were working towards taking the Indian Culinary to the world.

Thus was born the Butter Chicken.

This one invention of 1950, post independence India, contributed immensely to putting India on the of the world.
