🎨🍷 What a fantastic Paint & Sip at the Manning River Hotel!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, it was a great success with an amazing turnout and plenty of creativity on display.

A special thanks to Shelly from Creative Shell for hosting such a fun and engaging afternoon. We were blown away by the incredible elephants everyone created each one was unique and absolutely fantastic!

We're already looking forward to the next Paint & Sip event. Stay tuned for details, we can't wait to do it all again!

Meet Scott, our Executive Chef and the driving force behind our kitchen. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and passion to every dish that leaves the pass.

For the past 15 years, Scott has been an integral part of the Manning River Hotel family, helping shape the bistro into the welcoming local favourite it is today. His long standing commitment to the pub and our community is something both staff and regulars value.

Known for his hands on approach and eye for detail, Scott takes great pride in creating quality pub meals that keep our locals coming back time and time again. From classic pub favourites to seasonal specials, he works closely with his team to ensure every plate is cooked to perfection and served with consistency.

Beyond his skills in the kitchen, Scott is a respected leader and mentor who has helped build a strong, hardworking team culture. His dedication, experience, and commitment to great food are a big part of what makes our bistro such a popular destination for families, friends, and visitors alike.
