Michel’s Patisserie is currently seeking an enthusiastic café all-rounder to join their dynamic team in the Taree area.

This is a casual position offering weekday and possible weekend hours, some experience as a barista is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided to the successful applicant

- Reliable transport.
- Willingness to learn.
- Flexible availability.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well within a team.

Looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the store in the absence of the manager. You will assist in the Hiring, training and supervision of staff, order coffee supplies, resolve customer complaints and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.

Preferred skills

Barista Experience in a high volume cafe
Strong leadership skills committed to train and develop a small team
Reliable and have a strong work ethic
Excellent customer service skills
Available to work at least 30hrs per week with 1 weekend day.

We Offer:

An immediate permanent role with career progression to Store Manager. Flexible Roster for a suitable candidate.
