Had a great day serving food at Ink Obsession Tattoo & Piercing for their flash day and market
Tried a few new things and the new spicy pulled chicken was a hit
Had some good laughs and as always great discussions over smoked foods with other enthusiast
Thanks to my offsider Estelle for those little emergency shop runs and getting dad bits here and there
We had a few hiccups to start with but found a way and got on with it, wouldn’t have fun without an extra challenge or two 🤦♂️
Finding our groove with where we are heading food wise for the immediate future and what we want to grow towards over the coming year
