🌸When the blossoms start lining the roads of Barossa, you know spring has truly arrived.
Every year around this time, taking a drive through the Barossa Valley rewards you with a stunning view of pink and white roadside blossoms. Watching this beautiful contrast always brings to mind one of our absolute favorite grape varieties: Grenache.
While the Barossa is world-famous for its Shiraz, wine lovers know that our Grenache is an absolute must-try! And just like the blossoms, it comes in both red and white.
While the red version brings warmth and rich berry spice, Grenache Blanc is pure spring sunshine in a glass ☀️. Bright, textured and beautifully food-friendly, it brings a different expression of Barossa to the glass.

Langmeil Yabby Tale Grenache Blanc
available by the glass.

Spring has more than one colour.
So does Grenache.

Grilled Australian squid.
Tamarind. Yogurt. Herb oil. Persimmon. Almond.
This dish isn’t built around bold flavours.
It’s built around balance.
Tamarind adds depth, not just acidity.
Yogurt brings softness, not weight.
Persimmon lends roundness, not sweetness.
Toasted almonds complete the dish with texture, not distraction.
Nothing asks for attention.
Everything points back to the squid.

Our pick: Eperosa Magnolia Blanc #3.
A multi-vintage Semillon from old Vine Vale vines, bringing saline minerality, citrus, texture and savoury complexity.
The wine lifts the sweetness of the squid, echoes the herbal aromatics and finds harmony with the gentle tang of tamarind and yogurt.
A distinctly Barossa pairing.

Black Angus beef taro dumplings.
Gochujang sauce.
Golden and crisp on the outside,
rich and savoury within.
The sweetness of taro,
the depth of Black Angus beef,
and the gentle warmth of gochujang coming together in every bite.
Unexpectedly addictive.
Our new favourite.
Perhaps yours too.

As the season slows, we find ourselves grateful for the familiar faces around our tables.
For the conversations shared, the bottles opened, and the friendships that continue to grow with time.
Good wine has a way of bringing everything together,
stories, laughter, old friends, and new memories.
To those who continue to support us, thank you.
We look forward to sharing another glass with you soon. 🍷

Not everything rich needs to feel heavy.
Slow-cooked Black Angus beef short rib,
deep and unapologetic.
Spiced peanut sauce, warm, nutty, lingering.
Then daikon.
Clean, crisp, almost cutting through it all.
Just enough to reset the palate,
so you go back in again.

Final days before the new menu arrives.
A last taste of the season’s favourites.
Countdown begins.

Mother’s Day is this weekend.
If you haven’t made a plan yet,
this is your gentle reminder.
A table, a glass of wine,
and a moment she’ll remember.
Or… a gift voucher works too.
Otherwise…
Good luck.🤞

A curated lineup.🍷
Five bottles, five expressions.
from Burgundy silk to Tasmanian purity,
Clare Valley precision to the deep sweetness of PX.

A quiet reminder that great wine isn’t about choice,
it’s about mood.
