Angus Kitt is a versatile young musician who grew up contrasting Melbourne city life with the rugged Australian landscape, learning guitar, mandolin & harmonica.

His blend of Country, Rock and Folk, bridges urban and rural infulenced and his debut single ‘Our Last Drink’ was recorded with The Bushwackers, resonating widely across Australia.

Dobe Newton praised Angus's mature songwriting by noting “It’s astonishing, coming from someone so young, although a lot of the soldiers who went off to Europe in WWI weren’t much older than Angus, so it seems somehow appropriate.”

Angus made the Top 10 of fRETfEST last year, channelling Australia’s historical narratives and heartfelt stories through creative compositions and, with his band, The Concrete Cowboys, he scored a spot in the Top 20 busking at Tamworth Country Music Festival the year before!

👩‍🍳 Short Order Cook (Perfect for School Hours!)

Hours: Flexible, mostly during school hours — ideal for parents wanting work/life balance.

What you’ll be doing:
• Preparing and cooking simple meals to a high standard
• Working efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
• Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen prep

What we’re looking for:
• Previous kitchen or café experience preferred, but training can be provided
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Availability during school hours (with some flexibility for functions if desired)

Hours: Casual, mostly afternoons, evenings, and weekends depending on bookings.

What you’ll be doing:
• Delivering excellent customer service at club functions and events
• Setting up and packing down events (weddings, parties, corporate functions, etc.)
• Taking orders, serving meals and drinks
• Working as part of a team to ensure guests have a great experience

What we’re looking for:
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) required, or willingness to obtain
• Previous hospitality or event experience an advantage but not essential
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Reliability, presentation, and a team-player attitude
