Tea and Niceties

We have served our last High Tea, baked our last scone and prepared the last meal for The Pavilion Mt. Tamborine. We have said goodbye to our wonderful staff, past and present, with hugs and tears and have been overwhelmed with kindness from our beautiful patrons, many of whom have become like family to us.

CLOSING DOWN SALE update:
Thankyou to all the lovely people who came and bought items today and shared wonderful memories of times spent with us! There were quite a few tears being shed 💗
We were so happy to be able to gift all the beautiful artwork to Rianna this afternoon! Her mum handcrafted them for the Tea House they started together many moons ago ,‘Tea and Niceties’.
We still have lots of items for sale so hope to see you. Remember personal shopping only.

It is with great sadness that we announce Sunday the 19th of November will be our last trading day!

Unprecedented times, health issues and a culmination of events that have been out of our control have led us to the only heartbreaking option left.

This has been a very difficult time for all of us as we exhausted every effort to keep trading.

We are extremely proud of our staff and what we have managed to achieve together and love that so many wonderful memories have been made at both Tea and Niceties and The Pavilion.

A massive thank you to all the lovely guests who have supported us and we hope that we will be remembered with fondness.

The weather may not have been perfect but all our beautiful celebrations were. We had a gorgeous Wedding, a school reunion, a pretty garden tea Bridal Shower, baby Showers and Baby Sprinkles with radiant Mums to be and Birthdays, Birthdays and more Birthdays! Guests flying in from all over the world to celebrate with their loved ones. What a great week 🌸
