Paul's famous hamburgers, established in 1957, has grown from being first known by the locals of the Sutherland Shire as the "hole in the wall", to the establishment we see today. Every local will know it's fantastic burgers, great pineapple juice and odd operating hours. Try getting in there at lunchtime on a weekend, you'd have more luck getting a kilo of prawns on Christmas eve at the fish markets. Menu.

All Paul's burgers and rolls are served on a soft seeded bun, with standard fillings of fresh lettuce, tomato, raw onions and tomato sauce. Optional Fillings are: egg, bacon, cheese and pineapple. Optional Extras (at no extra charge) are - Beetroot, Cooked Onions and a selection of sauces such as BBQ, Sweet Chilli and Hot Chilli. Paul's signature beverage is the freshly squeezed pineapple crush. A dense refreshment full of thick pieces of pineapple pulp. Paul's also delivers your traditional milkbar style milkshakes, which consist of vanilla ice cream, milk (full cream or skim) and a vast variety of flavours. Optional with any of the following flavours. vanilla - chocolate - coconut - strawberry - mango - pina colada - lime - spearmint - blue heaven - blueberry - banana - caramel - coffee. General softdrinks, fruit juices and sports drinks also available.
