The journey continues.

5 August 2026. 6 Wines · 4 Courses
$159pp

Join us for Chapter Two of the Aambra Cellar Series, our monthly exploration of the world's great wine regions through the flavours and traditions of the Levant.

This chapter follows the ancient wine routes west across the Eastern Mediterranean. From Cyprus, home to Commandaria, the world's oldest named wine still in production, to Greece where mythology, trade and indigenous varietals like Assyrtiko and Xinomavro have shaped one of the world's oldest wine making cultures.

Across the evening, Executive Chef Gianluca Lonati presents a menu inspired by Cyprus and Greece's rich culinary heritage, thoughtfully paired with wines that bring each landscape and tradition to life.

Limited seats available.
