Hi everyone!!
We’re the team behind Lox in a Box, and we’re excited to be expanding into something new. In just a few weeks, we’ll be opening the doors to our next venture, a fully licensed, sit-down restaurant in the heart of Bondi called Bistro Bondi.
We’re currently on the look out for a Assistant Manager to support directly to our restaurant manager and bring this vision to life.
The menu will be inspired by bistro classics. Think seafood towers, steak frites with plenty of sauce, handmade pastas, bar snacks, and indulgent desserts. The space will seat around 65 to 70 guests, with both indoor and outdoor dining.
