Ocean trout, smoked pepper, pea ponzu with ginger snow. Exceptional on its own. Pair it with a Kenbishi Korumatsu 🍶 and it's a different story. The deep umami and savoury soy undertones were made for the sweetness of that pea ponzu — the two just get each other.
