Is there anything better than melanzane on a pizza? 🍆🍕

We’re yet to be convinced.

Roasted eggplant, rich tomato, fior di latte, fresh basil, parmesan, creamy ricotta and a drizzle of olive oil, all on our thin and crispy Roman-style base.

Simple ingredients. Big flavour. The Melanzane is a strong contender for best on the menu 🤌🏼🇮🇹
