Catered satvik for a birthday puja at home — potli-style starters, tava veg finished with paneer and beetroot, cholle bhature, rose-saffron rasmalai and badam halwa done just right.

No onion, no garlic isn’t a limitation here, it’s satvik, and it’s how we cook when the occasion calls for it.
