At 80 years old, people often ask me when I’m going to retire. The truth is… I have no plans to.

I love what I do. This restaurant has been my life’s passion, and there’s nothing more rewarding than welcoming our customers through the doors every day.

I’m lucky to work alongside my wife and my son, and together we’ve built something very special. Teamwork truly makes the dream work, and I couldn’t do it without my family by my side.

A big thank you to SBS for sharing my story. I’m proud to keep doing what I love and look forward to serving our wonderful community for many years to come.
