Happy 100th Birthday to David Attenborough. What a life and legacy he’s given us all.

His most recent documentary, OCEAN shines a light on the imminent threat our oceans are facing from deep sea trawling and highlights the importance of respecting the way we fish, something very close to Mister Grotto’s heart.

We work closely with suppliers who care deeply about sustainable fishing practices and responsibly sourced seafood, including line-caught fish wherever possible.

It’s absolutely worth a watch and please spread the word. (Currently on Disney +)

This week’s soft serve is.... ANZAC biscuit.

Infused with coconut, oats, golden syrup and actual biscuits, so it really tastes like one.

Layered with chopped ANZAC biscuits, finished with a brandy snap tuile and a drizzle of golden syrup.
