Our latest Greystanes custom home is now nearing lock up stage, and it's exciting to see this beautiful family home taking shape.

GREENWICH | LET THE CLEANING AND FINAL TOUCHES BEGIN! 🏡✨

After months of planning, construction and craftsmanship, we are officially in the final stretch at our Greenwich project.

The tools are slowly disappearing, the cleaners are moving in, and the finishing touches are underway as we prepare this incredible home for handover on Monday.

This home has been a true showcase of what can be achieved when great design meets quality construction. From the striking curved architectural features and spine back staircase through to the premium finishes throughout, every detail has been carefully considered.

Now comes the exciting part, seeing it all come together ready for our clients to move in and start creating memories.

South Coast Update 🌊🏡
Progress is powering ahead on one of our South Coast custom homes, and the scale of this project is really starting to take shape.
This architectural residence has been designed to maximise the elevated outlook, natural light, and coastal lifestyle, while still delivering the quality and structural integrity Elandra Homes is known for.
From the suspended slab construction to the full brick lower level, every stage of this build has been carefully considered and executed with precision by Joe and the build team.

Pennant Hills Concept, Pushing the Boundaries of Luxury Living

We have been exploring new facade lighting concepts on one of our upcoming homes in Pennant Hills, and this one is all about subtle detail creating maximum impact.

Clean architectural lines, layered materials, and carefully integrated strip lighting working together to elevate the entire street presence. Not over the top, just refined, balanced, and executed with intent.

Lest we forget 🌺

This Saturday, we pause to honour and remember the courage, sacrifice, and spirit of our ANZACs. Their legacy is something we will always respect and never take for granted.

Our display home will be closed this Saturday for ANZAC Day.
We will be back open as normal on Sunday and Monday, 10am to 4pm.
