We’re thrilled to announce that The Grill has won Best Medium-Sized Wine List in the World at the World’s Best Wine Lists Awards, held last night in London, one of the most prestigious accolades in the global wine industry.

Huge congratulations to our incredible team, led by F&B Director Alex Kirkwood and Head Sommelier Jacqueline Turner.

This global recognition is a celebration of The International as a wine destination, with a program that feels highly personal, deeply considered and genuinely engaging for both wine professionals and curious drinkers.

What a night 🔥

An unforgettable evening of fire, flavour and exceptional produce as Jake Kellie of Adelaide’s award-winning Arkhé joined The Grill at The International for one very special night in Sydney.

From Abrolhos Island scallop toast with Kaviari Kristal Caviar, to Mayura Station Legacy Wagyu with whisky-laced potato gratin, every course showcased the best of Australian produce, cooked over live flames.
