A cult South Australian wine festival built around Grenache, fire-cooked food and winter vibes lands in Sydney for the first time this August.

Featuring multiple producers with over 100 wines on pour, Lost in the F.O.G is a roaming tasting experience designed to be explored at your own pace.

BURGERS & BURGUNDY CONTINUES AT THE GRILL

Burgers & Burgundy pairs our iconic International Burger with a curated selection of white and red Burgundy by the glass and carafe, alongside an expansive Burgundy list by the bottle.

Created by Culinary Director Joel Bickford, The International Burger features a bespoke O’Connor beef blend, aged cheddar, American cheese and cognac flambéed onions with green peppercorns.

Due to popular demand, Burgers & Burgundy has been extended through to the end of July.

Four bespoke cocktails await you this July, crafted exclusively for Winter of Whisky.

Citrus Assassin
Johnnie Walker Black Label, yuzu liqueur, lemon, soda. Bright, refreshing and dangerously delicious.

First Step
Johnnie Walker Black Ruby, sherry, cacao vermouth and maple. Rich and silky with chocolate, orange and dried fruit.

Second Wave
Johnnie Walker Black Label, coffee liqueur, banana liqueur, sweet vermouth, amaro and coconut. Bold, bittersweet and built for late nights.

Ruby Sour
Johnnie Walker Black Ruby, apple & chestnut liqueur, lemon and apple cider caramel. Rich orchard fruit with a nutty finish.

Winter of Whisky also features a daily happy hour from 4–6pm with two $10 Johnnie Walker serves created for easy winter drinking: the Penicillin Highball and Black Ruby Spritz.

This July, Winter of Whisky takes over four Sydney venues with a month of world-class whisky, cocktails, flame-led dining, music and the rituals that make winter worth staying out for.

At the heart of the campaign are four exclusive Johnnie Walker cocktails, available throughout July across our participating venues, alongside a daily Happy Hour from 4–6pm.

Citrus Assassin
Johnnie Walker Black Label, yuzu liqueur, lemon and soda. Bright, refreshing and dangerously delicious.

First Step
