When Red Bull entered the market they didn't spend millions on ads or make sure everyone got free drinks to review - they dumped thousands of empty cans into public bins and trash cans to create intrigue and desire from people passing by. "What's this drink?" "Why's everyone drinking it, must be good!".

Similarly with trends, you can't always guarantee they'll work, but if you selectively place them around in prominent spots, in a recurring manner, more often than not it'll catch on and spread! 🙏🏼

Heard someone else earlier today telling a story about how someone else's actions had inspired them to do more. To be better. To extend themselves and get outside their comfort zone....

Whilst I may not have lasted long before leaving the field with an injury - I committed to something and showed up ready for it - that's largely all we can ever hope and ask for from people in our lives.

I hope as my kids get older, as much as they see a grumpy (often injured) man - they also see someone who was willing to be uncomfortable to grow and try to better themself.
