No cooking, no rushing, nowhere else to be. Spend the long weekend Sunday sharing Chef Mario’s whole lamb shoulder at 55 North, slow-cooked for 12 hours and finished over the charcoal grill, served with roasted potatoes, garlic salmoriglio and rich jus.

Book ahead for this Sunday. $130 for three to four guests. Order at the bar at 55 North.

Introducing our Castagnaccio gelato for Easter. Chestnut gelato with pine nuts, sultanas and rosemary, sandwiched inside a warm hot cross bun.

Easter is all about the lamb. Ours is a full rack, sourced from the Lachlan Valley in NSW. Expertly slow-cooked and finished over our charcoal grill, this show-stopping centrepiece is served with charcoal artichokes, set on a velvety potato and mushroom purée and finished with a rich jus.
