Whether it’s sales, operations, or just how you feel in your own business, you need to address it. A business isn’t there to drain you it should be something you enjoy at least 30% of the time.

If you’re busy but broke, those red alarms should be flashing this is serious. It’s not a marketing issue. So many business owners think more customers will solve the problem, but it’s a symptom, not the cause. If your business is sending you these signals, it’s time to re-evaluate.
