Taramosalata, a beloved Greek staple, takes a refined turn at Ammos. White cod roe creates its delicate, savoury base, complemented by bottarga and smoked salmon pearls.

The result is creamy and layered, with a subtle smokiness and depth of flavour in every bite.

Maybe that’s why it feels so good to slow down. To linger a little longer over lunch. To let the afternoon unfold over plates of modern Greek cooking, a good bottle of w**e and the kind of conversation that doesn’t need an ending.

A Mediterranean-inspired haven, made for staying awhile.

Bougatsa, traditionally enjoyed as a Greek pastry, takes on a new expression at Ammos.

Crisp layers of honeyed pastry are paired with fig ice cream, black figs and almond pasteli, bringing together contrasting textures and the rich, naturally sweet flavours of the Mediterranean.

A dessert where tradition meets a more contemporary expression of Greek cuisine.

Baba’s table is almost set.

Souvla from the grill, Saganaki with thyme honey, duck leg boureki, chocolate almond baklava and more, all served the Ammos way.

And for the glass? Vinsanto, the true nectar of the Gods. A rare Santorini dessert w**e, produced in tiny quantities and prized for its rich layers of dried fruit, caramel, roasted nuts and spice.
