This spectacular coffee was grown on a mineral-rich volcanic base, surrounded by 773 hectares of virgin forest. Using a v60, Kevin brews 15g of Aramo at a medium-coarse grind with 250ml of water at 94degrees. ⁠⁠

Begin by pouring ml of water and then allow the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds. The blooming process helps the coffee grounds release carbon dioxide which helps the coffee to achieve its full flavor and aroma. ⁠⁠

Pour an additional ml of water, wait 30 seconds and finish pour over the remaining ml of water. ⁠⁠
